The service includes:

  • analysis of the work already completed and confirmed services;
  • identification of the remaining tasks to be completed;
  • creation of an operational plan with timelines and priorities;
  • sourcing and selection of the remaining vendors;
  • budget management and updates;
  • coordination of all involved vendors;
  • timeline definition and wedding day coordination.

Ideal for: couples who have already chosen their venue or certain vendors, but require professional guidance to complete the planning seamlessly and with peace of mind.

Bespoke Quote

The indicated range refers to the professional fee. The final quote depends on the work already completed, the services yet to be organized, the guest count, the location, and the complexity of the event.

The costs of the venue, catering, design/decor, and other vendors are not included. Travel expenses, site inspections, overnight stays, and any additional services will be quoted separately.
