1. Data we collect

We only process the data needed to let you use the site and to fulfil orders:

Contact and account data: name, email, password (hashed) and, if you register or log in with Google/Facebook, the identifier provided by that provider.
Order and shipping data: address, phone, items purchased, amounts, currency and order status.
Payment data: payment is handled directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers, only the transaction result and an identifier.
Support and chatbot: messages you send by email or through the site assistant; chatbot queries may be processed by an AI provider to generate the reply.
Newsletter: your email, if you choose to subscribe.
Withdrawal: the data of your withdrawal request (name, email, order) and the related acknowledgment, kept as proof.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser type and pages visited, collected via cookies and logs for security and statistics.

2. Why we process it and legal basis

Performance of contract: managing your account, orders, shipping, returns and withdrawal.
Legal obligation: invoicing, tax and accounting duties, retention of withdrawal requests.
Legitimate interest: site security, fraud prevention, aggregate statistics and service improvement.
Consent: newsletter and marketing, non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider; Stripe for payments; couriers for shipping; an AI provider (Google) for the assistant and some content features; where used, Google/Facebook login providers. For dropshipping products, shipping data (name and address) is shared with the supplier that ships the item, which may be located outside the European Union.

4. Transfers outside the EU/UK

Some providers (e.g. the dropshipping partner based in China, and certain technology providers) may be located outside the EEA and the UK. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.

5. Retention

Account data while the account is active; order and invoice data for the period required by tax law; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; support data for as long as needed to handle the request; technical logs for a limited period.

6. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw any consent, by emailing venice81weddinplanner@gmail.com. 7. Minors and automated decisions

The site is not directed to minors. We do not carry out solely automated decisions producing legal effects on you; the AI assistant is used only to provide support and does not replace your choices.
