The seller is Venice Creative Agency LTD (Company No. 16904529), 167-169 Great Portland Street W1W 5PF 5TH FLOOR, London, Regno Unito. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under EU and Italian law continue to apply.

1. Products

The site offers handcrafted products made in-house (including 3D printing), products that can be personalised on request, digital content and products supplied through dropshipping partners. Images are illustrative; minor variations are normal for handmade items.

2. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the selected currency (pounds or euro). Prices are VAT-exempt, as the Company is not currently VAT-registered; any taxes or duties in the destination country are borne by the customer. Payment is securely handled by Stripe and the order is concluded on payment confirmation.

3. Account and orders

You can buy as a guest or via an account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, unavailability or suspected fraud, refunding any amount paid.

4. Production and shipping

Made-to-order products are produced after confirmation. Dropshipping products are shipped by partners that may be located outside the EU: times may vary and, on importation, customs charges may apply at the customer's expense. 5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Withdrawal also applies to non-personalised dropshipping products. Excluded are made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods and digital content already downloaded with your consent (art. 59 Italian Consumer Code). You can exercise withdrawal through our online withdrawal function: you will receive an email acknowledgment with date and time.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for faulty or non-conforming goods: you are entitled to repair, replacement or, where applicable, a price reduction or refund.

7. Liability

We are not liable for courier delays, indirect damages or misuse of products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images, design and logos on the site belong to Venice Creative Agency LTD; reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under EU law and the law of your country of residence.
