Shipping

We ship to Italy, the European Union and the UK. Costs and times depend on destination and product type and are shown at checkout before payment.

Handcrafted and personalised products need a few days of production. Dropshipping products are shipped by partners that may be located outside the EU (e.g. China): delivery times are usually longer and, on importation, customs charges may apply at the customer's expense.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from non-personalised products, including dropshipping items, by returning them intact. Made-to-measure/personalised goods and already-downloaded digital content are excluded. Start the process from the online withdrawal function or email venice81weddinplanner@gmail.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. For dropshipping products we will provide return instructions case by case (return address or procedure), as goods may come from abroad.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice; we may withhold them until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment. Original shipping costs are refunded within the limits set by law.

Faulty or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or does not match the order, contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging and your order number: we will arrange replacement or refund under the legal guarantee.
